Play the free spinsEleven of our hundred operator cards state a founding year. Eighty-nine leave the cell empty. That alone makes most claims about new casino sites UK unverifiable from the operator’s own pages, because the operator rarely publishes a date and nobody can check a year that was never written down. What can be checked is the licence entry: 43 of our cards carry a Curacao grant date and 39 carry an Anjouan issue date, each attached to a number, a holder company and a status. This page sorts the field by those dates and shows the three ways a new brand turns out to be older than it looks.
Three dates, and only one of them has a source
A brand can be dated three ways, and on a page of new casino sites they rarely agree with one another.
The first is the founding year the operator claims. Eleven cards state one: Cloudbet and Nitrobetting 2013, FortuneJack 2014, Bitsler and Oshi Casino 2015, CoinPoker, Rocketpot, bspin and Sportbet.one 2018, Wild.io 2022, Rakebit 2024. Useful where present, and absent on eighty-nine cards.
The second is the date a domain first appeared to anyone looking, which we do not record at all, because we hold no such field and would not trust one assembled from third-party snapshots.
The third is the date on the licence entry, and it is the only one with an address behind it. The Curacao certificate portal returns a grant date in the body of the certificate, alongside the domain, the operating company, that company’s registration number, the licence number and the current status. The Anjouan register returns an issue date and a holder company against the domain. We ran those lookups on 26 August 2026.
So when this site says a brand is recent, it means the register says so. That is a narrower claim than it sounds, and it is the only one of the three that a reader can repeat independently. Every new casino sites UK list that gives no date and no number is asking to be believed rather than checked.
What the register dates actually look like
A new casino sites UK claim is only as good as the date behind it, so here is the distribution of the dates we hold. Forty-three cards carry a Curacao grant date: 28 of them fall in 2024 and 15 in 2025. The earliest is 5 February 2024 and the latest is 2 September 2025. Thirty-nine cards carry an Anjouan issue date, spread more widely: 2 in 2023, 14 in 2024, 19 in 2025 and 4 in 2026. The earliest is 13 October 2023 and the latest is 30 June 2026.
Two things follow from that distribution. First, almost every entry we hold was granted or issued within the last two and a half years, which means a grant date is a poor way of separating an established operator from a recent one: on this measure nearly all of them are new casino sites, because the paperwork is new nearly everywhere. Second, the two registers are not interchangeable. Thirty-nine brands appear in both, and where they do, the two dates are usually years apart.
The Curacao side also has a large silent region. We attempted a lookup for all 100 domains; 41 came back not found and 3 came back removed. A not-found result is not a finding about an operator, it is a statement that the domain was not in that register when we looked, which is why our note on the file says so explicitly.
Forty-four of the register rows also carry the operating company registration number, which is the finest-grained identifier in the whole library. It is what makes it possible to see that two brands sharing a licence number also share a company.
The newest rows we hold
Sorted by register date, the entries that would head a list of new casino sites are these. On the Anjouan side, Metaspins was issued on 30 June 2026 to holder 3-102-959384 SRL, Betcoin.ag on 29 May 2026 to 3-102-961387 SRL, TrustDice on 15 May 2026 to Satoshi Labs Ltd, and Rakebit on 18 February 2026 to Nile King Media Ltd. Before those, LeeBet and Playbet.io both on 29 October 2025, and Yeet Casino on 13 October 2025.
On the Curacao side the most recent grants are Thrill on 2 September 2025 under OGL/2024/1052/0508, Crypto-Games on 13 August 2025 under OGL/2024/1336/1047, BetFury on 31 July 2025 under OGL/2024/1494/0942, Playbet.io on 17 June 2025 under OGL/2024/1214/0712, Stake on 9 June 2025 under OGL/2024/1451/0918 and Thunderpick on 4 June 2025 under OGL/2024/677/0722.
Notice Rakebit, which is the one card where the two dates agree with each other and with the operator claim: the card states 2024 as a founding year and the Anjouan entry is dated 18 February 2026. Notice also Metaspins, whose Curacao entry was granted on 4 October 2024 under OGL/2024/1063/0437 and whose Anjouan entry is dated 30 June 2026. One brand, two registers, twenty-one months apart.
None of this ranks the operators, and none of it makes the newest entries the best ones. A recent grant date is a fact about a document, not a quality. Our rating does not award points for being recent at all: the scored components are the licence entry, whether a restricted-country list is published, how clearly verification is described, the settlement coins, reach and whether verification is reserved from sign-up. What those scores look like across the whole field is at the ten cards that score highest.
A new brand on an old licence
This is the first way one of the apparently new casino sites turns out to be older than it looks, and it is common enough to check every time. Six Curacao licence numbers in our register data are shared by more than one brand.
| Licence number | Brands on it | Granted | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| OGL/2024/1307/0748 | 7Bit Casino, Katsubet, Mirax | 16 July 2024 | Active |
| OGL/2024/1798/1048 | Rolletto, Goldenbet, Velobet | 14 August 2024 | Active |
| OGL/2024/1800/1049 | Jackbit, Freshbet | 14 August 2024 | Active |
| OGL/2023/111/0069 | Bitcasino.io, Livecasino.io | 1 July 2024 | Active |
| OGL/2024/1267/0760 | CryptoLeo, Nine Casino | 9 May 2025 | Active |
| OGL/2023/103/0067 | Betriot, Casinoly, Zet Casino | 5 February 2024 | Revoked |
Read the first row properly: 7Bit Casino, Katsubet and Mirax are three brands sitting on one licence number granted on one day, held by one company with registration number 162990. Whichever of the three a reader meets first will look like a separate business, and the register says the paperwork is not separate at all. Two of the three could be presented as new casino sites tomorrow without a single document changing.
The consequence is practical. If a brand is presented as one of the new casino sites UK readers have not seen before, the licence number is the fastest way to find out whether the underlying operation is new too. Where the number is shared, the clauses usually are as well: Bitcasino.io and Livecasino.io both state a 2,500 EUR verification figure in the same clause 6.6, which is what a shared template looks like from the outside.
One holder, five brands, one date
The second pattern is the same idea on the Anjouan side, and it is sharper because the dates are identical. One holder, Novatrix SRL, appears behind five brands with the same register entry date of 25 August 2025: Oshi Casino, PlayAmo, Slotum, Winz.io and Bitkingz.
Five brands, one holder, one date, and five entries that could each be introduced as new casino sites on their own. Their other fields line up the way you would expect from a shared operation: Oshi Casino publishes a 224-entry restricted-country list, Bitkingz 218, PlayAmo 217 and Slotum 216, which are four of the five longest lists in the library. Oshi Casino states a 4,000 EUR daily cap in clause 12 and PlayAmo a 7,500 EUR weekly cap in clause 12, the same clause number in both documents.
A smaller version of the same thing: Sorta Group Limitada holds the Anjouan entries for Fairspin and Weiss.bet, both dated 18 August 2025.
Neither grouping is an accusation. Operating several brands from one company is an ordinary arrangement and the register publishes it openly. The point for a reader is only that five brand names do not mean five independent operations, and that a list of new casino sites which counts brands rather than holders will overstate how much choice is actually on the table.
The founding year is almost always an empty cell
Eleven cards of a hundred name a year. That is the weakest column in the library, and it is the one a new casino sites UK ranking would most like to lean on, so it is worth being explicit about why we keep it and what it cannot carry.
An empty cell means unread, not absent. Twenty-one of the hundred cards could not be read at all, so their empty cells are automatic. Forty-one were read from an archived copy of the same pages rather than live, and 38 were read live. Where a founding year is missing, the operator may well state one somewhere we did not reach.
What we will not do is fill the gap by inference. A licence granted in 2024 does not mean a brand founded in 2024, and the eleven cards that state both make the point: Cloudbet claims 2013 and holds a Curacao licence granted on 23 May 2025; Bitsler claims 2015 and holds one granted on 22 July 2024; Oshi Casino claims 2015 and its Anjouan entry is dated 25 August 2025. In every one of those cases the licence date is a decade or so later than the claimed founding year, so treating a grant date as a birth date would be wrong by a wide margin.
There is a second reason to keep the column. Where an operator does state a year, the statement itself is evidence about the operator’s willingness to be specific, which is the same quality we score elsewhere: a card that names a clause number, a verification figure and a founding year is a card that can be argued with, and a card that names none of the three cannot. Rakebit is the clearest instance in the library, stating 2024 and carrying an Anjouan entry dated 18 February 2026, so both halves of its history can be checked against something.
That asymmetry is the core of the whole subject. A grant date is checkable and does not mean what people want it to mean. A founding year means what people want and is usually not there, which is why most new casino sites copy neither and print an adjective instead. Anyone compiling new casino sites UK rankings has to pick one, and we pick the checkable one while saying what it does not prove.
Five entries read Revoked, and three came back removed
The third pattern is the reverse of newness, and it is the one a list of new casino sites UK entries will never flag: a brand that is still trading on paperwork the register no longer honours. Five cards carry a licence number the register returns as revoked, and a further three Curacao lookups came back as removed.
The five revoked numbers are BC.Game under OGL/2023/118/0060, granted 4 March 2024; Bets.io under OGL/2024/1178/0479, granted 22 July 2024; and Betriot, Casinoly and Zet Casino sharing OGL/2023/103/0067, granted 5 February 2024. One card also has a term that ended on 2 September 2026 and has not been re-checked since, which we record as exactly that rather than as an expiry.
Our score treats those five as unratable. They carry no rating and a reason recorded as licence revoked or removed from the register, and they are marked as cards not to list. That is stricter than giving them a low number: a low number would imply we had measured something, and what we actually found was that the primary document behind the card no longer stands.
Several of the five also have a second, live entry elsewhere. BC.Game has an Anjouan entry dated 2 October 2024 under holder Twocent Technology Limited; Bets.io has one dated 18 October 2024 under TESSERA LIMITED SRL. Two registers, two answers, one brand, and a new casino site listing that quotes whichever answer suits it is not quoting a register at all. We print both and refuse to average them, and which domains were still answering at all when we last looked is kept at which domains still answer.
How to date new casino sites UK yourself, in four steps
The method is short, every step is something a reader can do without us, and it works on any of the new casino sites UK lists in circulation.
- Find the licence number on the operator’s own pages. Sixty-eight of our hundred cards produced one: 37 naming the Curacao Gaming Authority, 25 the Anjouan Gaming Board, and six more naming Antillephone N.V., Curacao eGaming, the Government of Curacao, the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan or M.I.S.A. in single entries. Thirty-two produced none.
- Take the number to the register that issued it and read the whole entry. Not just the status: the holder company, the registration number where present, and the date. Thirty-two of ours came back Active, twenty-four came back valid, five Revoked.
- Check whether the number is shared. Six numbers in our data sit behind more than one brand, and one Anjouan holder sits behind five.
- Write down the date you looked. Ours is 26 August 2026 for the register lookups and for 99 of the card readings, with one card read on 2 September 2026.
Those four steps answer the only version of the new casino sites question that has an answer. They will not tell you that a lobby is fresh or that a cashier is fast, and nothing in our data can: there is no game count, no release date and no return figure on any card. What the steps do give you is a dated, numbered document behind a brand name, which is the floor we hold every card to.
One last caution about the order of these steps. Reading the register before reading the marketing is not scepticism for its own sake; it is simply cheaper. A licence number resolves in a minute and settles who is running the account, whereas a lobby takes an afternoon and settles nothing that can be written down. For the operators we currently hold a readable card for, the ranking of crypto casinos UK on our front page shows what each one publishes and what it leaves blank. The clause-level reading order behind these figures is in how a terms page is read field by field, the question of which brands publish anything at all is at what an operator page actually states, and the reasons a reader ends up on this kind of account in the first place are set out in what a crypto casino account changes.
